We will only accept reservations with a minimum of 7 days before the excursion.
We will pick you up at the Lobby of the hotel in Cusco located in the center, for places outside these limits it is important to indicate it in the reservation to be able to help you with the pick-up or meeting point.
The excursion ends in the City of Cusco.
You must carry your original ID or passport throughout the service.
The excursion is in shared service (in a group with more passengers) with a guide in Spanish or English.
It does not include travel insurance.
Any material loss or accident is under the responsibility of the client.
The service is subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions (rain, mudslides, overflows, bad weather, etc.), strikes and/or protests and any other event that does not allow the normal development of the itinerary.
Any cancellation of the service for the reasons indicated, does not apply a refund. In such case, the Operator could carry out a contingency plan with an alternative tour.
The Itinerary may vary at our discretion, always to guarantee the safety of the traveler and the best development of the service in its entirety.
If you decide to leave before the end of the service, there will also be no refund.
If you do not attend the day of the service, you will be considered a “No show” with no room for claims, postponements or refunds.
Children from 12 years of age are allowed.

You should bring:

• A complete set of dry clothes.
• A pair of sandals or tennis shoes for the river that get wet.
• Sunscreen.
• A small towel.
• A swimsuit to wear under the wetsuit.
• A good positive mental attitude.
