CULTURAL LIMA

Itinerariy:

Day 01: LIMA CITY TOUR
At the appropriate time, I pick up from the airport and transfer to the selected Lima hotel. 02:00 PM Pick up from the hotel and we will start the excursion with a panoramic view of the Pucllana Pyramid, a magnificent ceremonial and archaeological center built in the 4th century AD. and considered “sacred town” by the Incas. We will visit the Historic Center of Lima, where you will appreciate more than fifty monuments and colonial buildings, highlighting the Paseo de la Republica, the Plaza San Martín, the Plaza Mayor, the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Cathedral Basilica, the Municipal Palace between others. We will continue visiting the Central Reserve Bank Museum (closed to the public on Sunday and Monday), where you will appreciate the “Treasures of Peru Collection”, a select exhibition of gold, ceramic and textile objects from various pre-Colombian cultures. We will also appreciate the Monumental Ensemble of San Francisco, which constitutes the largest sample of colonial religious art in America. The visit to its underground crypts known as “Catacombs” stands out. We will visit the most traditional residential areas of Lima, El Olivar de San Isidro, Miraflores and Larcomar. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Lima.

Day 02: TOUR LARCO MUSEUM & TOUR FOUNTAINS OF LIMA & DINNER SHOW
Breakfast at the hotel. 09:00 AM Pick up from the hotel and departure to the Museo Larco excursion, it is considered a must-see, since it is one of the best museums in Latin America. The Larco Museum is located in a viceregal mansion from the 18th century AD. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, its galleries invite us to discover more than 5,000 years of history of ancient Peru, through a fascinating collection of pre-Columbian art; as well as its famous collection of erotic ceramics. At the end return to the hotel.
05:30 PM Pick up from the hotel and we will start the excursion visiting the largest complex of electronic sources in the world, certified by Guinness World Records. We will enjoy a luminous tour of the most representative animated water sources in the reserve park. At the end of the excursion we will enjoy an exquisite buffet dinner and a spectacular folkloric show at the restaurant “La Dama Juana” that will dazzle us with its Peruvian dances, music and folklore. At the end, return to the hotel. Overnight in Lima.

Day 03: LIMA
